Never received my product. Poor customer service. Excuses that the order was lost. They sent the wrong order. Last they are on the way. No tracking number. Received a refund because i never received my wheels. Absolutely the worst buying experience i have ever had. I will never buy from Elite Wheel Deal again. Buyer beware.

Wheels never showed up. Called several times to ask for tracking number, each time they promised to email tracking number, never got it after 5 requests. Sent 4 emails requesting status, no response. Now they save my number so if I call they ignore the phone call. They pushed the delivery date out 3 times, been waiting 2 weeks now. Have attempted to get a refund but they ignore me. Got my Lawfirm working on it. This is the same company that keeps changing there business name everytime they get sued, wish I knew that before I ordered these wheels and tires. Buyer Beware!!!
After I placed my order they don’t respond back to me after shipping has changed. Can’t get a hold of them for a simple tracking number.

Never met these people or even been to Owensville so i was a little skeptical at first. I had my 2016 silverado lifted and puchased 22x14 fuel hostages with 33 inch tires. Prices are unbeatable. If your after the newest and latest trends on the market at the cheapest price this is where its at. It does sometimes take them a while to return calls but your not calling "Big O". I priced shopped before i called these guys. They sold me the lift for for the same price as online and the wheels and tires under what Rim Zone had the package for. Im giving them a 5 star not for having the quickest response time in town but for the quality of work and the best price i could find.
I dont know why anyone would have any bad review on here about Elite wheels. He is super nice. And has very good pricing. He is my go to wheel man. Someone i always can count on. If he doesnt answer his phone right away dont assume the worst. He is not ignoring you. He is busy. He is the only one who answers the phone.
