Got my PC assembled here about a year back, the PC has held up strong to this point and didn't have any complaints regarding that. Customer service is lacking, however. The gentleman who assembled my PC for me kept commenting on how building a PC isn't the best option, and that I should have just gotten a normal Windows desktop. Also, whenever I revealed to him that I was using this PC for gaming he regarded "Gamer's always think they can just build a better PC instead of just paying for one (a pre-built Windows machine)." Ummm, yeah? It's much more cost effective then the highway robbery of paying for a pre built machine. Overall though the service only costed me $50 bucks which isn't bad, and I was in and out within the hour. It's worth noting that I saw the way he spoke of other customers as well, and they weren't very kind words. So just know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to get your PC serviced here.
