I ordered an arrangement for a funeral on 12/4 and requested a receipt for my order. After not receiving a receipt for three days I called to follow-up, and was told it would be sent on 12/8. I still did not receive it, so I called a week later, and Nancy from Old World Creations was extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone. Customer service was terrible. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered all purple flowers and got a few purple, maroon,and white. Was to be for thinking of you but looked more like a funeral arrangment.
